I was looking through some old magazines recently and found this snippet for ‘85. It’s the reader’s poll from Freestylin’ Magazine. This mag covered freestyle bmx, which was a lot of flatground endo’s and jumping around and bar spinning. It was a cool mag and kind of picked up after BMX Action. I remember looking longingly at the adverts for Redline Flight Cranks and Racing Inc. aluminum frame sets. Well, from the looks of the top 10 results here, ‘85 was pretty boss.
Now that’s some funny shit to see now…
Hah, right? I found an old issue of Home Boy Magazine too. I think I got it from that guy that that used to do Limpies. I think we skated the CNA banks.
